Libra New Moon ; Really excited for this month!

Not a mega fan of Kelley Rosano her videos make me a bit nervous with all the movement.

Yet her message is on point.

Personally I am currently regenerating my relationship, with myself, and my loved ones. It seems the stars coincides with these events – so I wanted to share this amazing prediction.

Really excited to be sharing light, love to the world and the ones I love.

September

Wow just wow this month has been hoping. I want to start off with apologizing that I haven’t been on here. I should have started this blog with a disclaimer that I may disappear from time to time. I do have many obligations in addition to being a full time student. With my sophomore year starting this has been a processes to balance everything. I started taking on things I shouldn’t have been, and these last 17 days I needed to release some things that were no longer serving my highest self.

That is part of growing as a person. I will always say when confronted about negativity that I am beyond blessed to be where I am in my life. As I do realize everything happens for a greater reason, and I feel that with things speeding up. I am attempting to work ahead in my courses and geteer done as they say. So It can leave me more time for my family (dogs, and boyfriend included), friends, and work.

That makes me want to bring up time management and why it is so important as not just spirtual people but the non spirtual as well. I have seen my class mates 3 weeks in burning out. I have been feeling pretty burnt out but unlike these students I am going at a steady rate. I have noticed that students are already missing courses.

It may or may not be due to the weather changing. My boyfriend is currently a substitute teacher (soon to be a full time English, and Spanish teacher) right now he makes his living on people either taking off because they are sick, had some kinda tragedy, or taking off because they need to reboot, or are mega health, and living life to its fullest. (IE on Vacation) he get calls when teachers call off and I have noticed that students, teachers, even I have been guilty – we run ourselves ragged with so much responsibility and time commitments that we stop taking care of ourselves and we get sick.

How many of you need 8-10 hours of sleep, how many of you need 12? Did you know the average sleep a college student gets is 6.9 hours. (https://www.uhs.uga.edu/sleep/). A healthy amount is usually suggested between 7-9 hours give or take depends on the age, health and a variety of other factors making each person different.

We know ourselves though and we seem to have stopped listening to our body in order to please the demand of others in the world.

As I right this I speak from hypocrisy as I have been neglecting myself – Currently at work at 10 pm on a Tuesday; I got three hours of sleep last night, and started my day at 7 since I had class at 8am. With that said I am also speaking from a wounded mans experience. I realize that I need to start to take care of myself. I also realize that this isn’t just a personal problem. Unlike me my friends are already starting to drop like flies – they are being forced by their bodies to rest.

So I urge you – as I will be tonight to get rest, drink some water, and take at least an hour a day for you.

Family Force 5 – Glow In The Dark

My boyfriend exposed me to this song on date night which fell on the pisces super moon, and I just cant stop jamming to it. Its uplifting, and fun. I personally feel the release positive energy in the lyrics. The words describe God almost as Rumi did, as a lover. Which leaves a pretty powerful impression. Something we can all use. I have found that a decent chuck of music out there releases some very toxic energy its rare to find a band that is uplifting and has a rock element without the lyrics getting mega religious. So I suggest that you should take a listen. Maybe you will have found a new favorite band, to add to your work out or morning drive playlist?

Playlistology

Family Force 5 Glow In the Dark

Family Force 5 might just be one of the most eclectic bands around. With a unique blend of hip-hop, hard rock, and dance music, this group has something to offer for everyone. Their latest single, Glow In The Dark, is yet another testament of the group’s unique, high octane sound.

At the song’s start, this might appear to be one of their softer songs. The light electric guitars and soft vocals initially sound like they’re taking us into ballad zone, but that just ain’t the band’s style. When drums start building, and the pulsing electronic synths kick in, the song simply takes off. The chorus takes us to dizzying heights, with pounding beat and lyrics that just beg us to chant along. Once the song take us to the top of the roller coaster, we’re left in a state of free fall into a hard rock electro breakdown that really gets…

Doreen Virture: Angel Reading Recap, and Reflection on the New Reading for August 25-31st

Last weeks themes where about letting go, beauty, and creative expression.

For me Letting go was my emotional blocks. It was a pretty cathartic experience. It was mostly talking through it. As for the beauty realizing I am physically attractive, as well as beautiful inside not just out. That is something that is really important for me to remember let the outside be a reflection of whats inside.

The creative expression was starting the blog and writing. Though I slowed down it was something that was important. It was also inspiring my boyfriend to start blogging again. He has posted many blogs since I started this little project of self discovery. My creative expression is inspiring others… which is something that also makes me beautiful.

I write this not in vanity but in acknowledgement of who I am.

We are all beautiful.

So that is last weeks recap!

This week is about, Taking Inventory, Getting in touch with what you desire career wise, The last card is Charity.

So Monday I was doing inventory on my money. I have not been in a good place since I left PetSmart made me really think about what I need and don’t. I am now coming up with an action plan to save and get where I need be. I am luck to say that on wed night (yesterday) I started my new job at AAA working as an emergency roadside rep – when you breakdown I am the one you call. AAA North Penn is a non-profit which is interesting because I always felt that was a calling Non-Profit work. Though I do desire to be a professor I also desire to make a difference in lives as much as I can.

I am happy to be using my education in Human Services to be able to respond to people who are in need, and sometimes crisis. Makes me feel like I am applying something I am studying which is rare. My Charity work for the weekend has yet to be thought out. I dont have much money but it is important to do at least something.

With all that said this is your Angel Reading for August 25- 31st by Ms. Doreen Virtue (Enjoy!).
